I quit watching NASCAR cup racing because it seemed to me that the once-American sport had become "Toyota's NASCAR Racing Series." It may be that Toyota's involvement was necessary to keep the sport afloat - I don't know - and I have nothing against the company - in fact, they have a new plant near me that employs 4,000 people - that's great. That superfluous information simply prefaces my expression of gratitude for FINALLY hearing race commentators rave about an American-made, American-label car. By the way, I'm sure none of you care, but this is the Z zero 6 Corvette, not Z oh 6. I and the Chevrolet marketing people are the only ones who care, apparently, as even the highest level Chevrolet executives call it the Z oh 6. Look at the characters on the data bar in this video, or in any Corvette Z06 commercial and you will see the integrity of print.
