The allocation of police in the Western Cape is discriminatory - that was the ruling of the Western Cape High Court. The court says this discriminates on the basis of race and poverty. Now the Social Justice Coalition says the ruling will allow for fairer distribution - especially in poorer areas. The organisations Dalli Weyers joins us from our Cape Town studio.
