US President Barack Obama says all 47 countries at an international nuclear summit in Washington agreed to secure all nuclear materials within four years to fight the possibility of nuclear terrorism. Mr. Obama called the goal "bold and pragmatic," but he said it can be achieved. VOA's Dan Robinson has more.
