With the Diamond Jubilee this weekend coming (4th,5th June 2012) we wanted to create a quick and easy cupcake to mark the occasion. Here Paul uses a very simple red, white and blue rose to create a patriotic cupcake which would work equally well for 4th July celebrations in the USA.
