Machi is a darling kitten, with a poignant history, waiting here for a home. His mom, also an orange tabby, couldn't care for him or his sisters, and deposited them by my car, in a trailer park where I was getting cats fixed. Despite being feral, she trusted me. The kittens were severely dehydrated, and less than a month old. All survived. Later, I re-caught Machi's mom and she got a home. Machi's three sisters have also been adopted, leaving only little Machi to wait.
