Wall Street got off to a shaky start but gained slightly on Tuesday, a day after its worst session in seven years. But the 500 point drop Monday in the Dow Jones index was echoed overseas as investors worried about the shakeup in financial markets following the collapse of a major U.S. investment bank and the sell off of another. Today, concern shifted to the financial health of the world's largest insurance company. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
