I've started a Raider character in anticipation of Nuka World, so this seemed like a logical thing to build. I was going to have two mannequins in Minutemen uniforms as the targets, but for some reason that menu doesn't appear next to the rugs tab. Oh well, I'll patiently for Bethesda to fix it. In the mean time, I added a post and an uncooperative captive, former captive. I got the sweet vault skeleton from the Better Containers mod. It's awesome. Go check it out, it also has safes and first aid kits.
