Dye Paintball Rotor Feeding Issues

This is a pretty well used Dye Rotor. I'm showing a feeding issue these things have when it's heavily used. As stated in the video, battery was new, motor is fine, but the Circuit board is the cause of the issue. I have replaced many of the rental Rotor's board with this issue already to prove this.
