At the end of the October it is a bit too cold. Here we can see the National Stadium under construction, this film was made in October 2009, two and a half years before Euro 2012. I comment on the transport situation to the stadium during games and as far as the transport situation in the city was concerned I was proved right as it is necessary to close the roads leading to the stadium before a match.
