Johnny Tillotson had just six UK chart hits (compared with 26 US Top100 successes).  His big hit, of course, was "Poetry In Motion", which held the UK top spot for the weeks of January 14 and 21 and was finally replaced at #1 by the year's best-selling record, "Are You Lonesome Tonight" by Elvis Somebody-or-other.  This song, originally recorded by Hank Locklin, peaked at a UK #21 in 1962.
