Here we have...not just another meat loaf. Made entirely from scratch, this is three pounds of Italian sausage, baked in a cast iron pan to produce a huge loaf that will certainly make this a meat loaf your dinner guests won't soon forget. It's interesting how so many people use "meat loaf" as an insult, as they're talking about to a hunk of dried out, tasteless ground beef. With just a little care, and of course a cast iron pan, we cane take meatloaf from forgettable to something truly special.
