This last world mixes modifiers together, starts off with 2, then it jumps to 3 toward the latter levels. The randomly generated levels may make you cry, but keep at it and you will eventually get it. What helped me finally beat it is the fact that certain modifiers are my favorites (double shot, color lock) and if they showed up I felt like I knew what to expect, and I was able to beat those levels. Hopefully it helps, otherwise just look at the puzzles that I successfully completed and see if it works for you.
