2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 L 4 cylinder oil change – Engine is AKA QR25DE. This is the same 4 cylinder engine for all Altima from 2002 to present 2015.

Maintenance and Do it yourself Chapter 8
6. Drain plug tightening torque: 22 - 29 ft-lb (29 - 39 N·m)
7a. Screw on the oil filter until a slight resistance is felt, then tighten an additional 2/3 turn.
7b. Oil capacity with oil filter 4 ½ qt. Fill 4 qt, run engine for 1 min and check oil level. Then fill accordingly.
8. Start the engine. Check for leakage around the drain plug and oil filter. Correct as required.
9. Turn the engine off and wait more than 10 minutes. Check the oil level with the dipstick. Add engine oil if necessary.

The maintenance mode allows you to set alerts for the reminding of maintenance intervals for engine oil, oil filter, tires, etc..
