There's a grilled cheese challenge on the way. I'm not totally sure if it's scheduled for today (November 18th) or for next month on the 18th. Either way, this is my (early?) contribution. Grilled cheese sandwiches with Black Forest Ham, Raspberry Creme Honey and Muenster Cheese (a great melter!). I had every intention of grilling 'em out on the Weber, but a small little "dust-up" with a neighbor prevented that. We've settled the issue, and everything's good again.
