Reacting to BJP's decision to end its alliance with the PDP in Jammu and Kashmir, National Conference leader Omar Abdullah said his party is not celebrating this break-up. The former chief minister also said that the party is "mourning the death of democracy in the state". He said that he will not approach any party to form the government, neither any party has approached him.
