Jemma joined Rolls-Royce as part of our graduate programme, and has already worked in Germany, the UK and Singapore. Jemma’s a people person, which means she’s right at home in our Customer Service Centre - Singapore, where she works with a team of more than 50 people to ensure our airline customers all over Asia Pacific get the best operational advice about their aircraft fleet. She wasn’t trained as an engineer and hasn’t always known that she wanted to work in aerospace. But Jemma is learning something new every day from the engineers in her team and believes that everyone should be encouraged to ask questions.
