More than five million Afghan refugees have returned home since the Taliban government was deposed in 2001.  But as violence in the country worsens and officials struggle to reintegrate the new arrivals, the pace of returns is slowing. VOA's Barry Newhouse reports from Kabul on the effort to resettle millions of people in a country that remains at war.
