Dealing with a traumatic event like a school shooting is hard for anyone... and counselors say the best way to take it in is to talk it out. "It's hard for anyone to really adjust to," said licensed counselor Buffy Marston. "Basically what you can do is talk to each other and get some reassurance from each other."
