Gary was born in January 2005. Later his parents divorced. They began battle about custody of 5 year old Gary and his younger brother. On July 12, 2010 the boys were spending time at their father's home. He should return the boys to their mom on this day. When he didnt do it, she called police. When police arrived they found him in the bathroom with Gary who was already dead. The father murdered Gary and also wanted to murder his second son but it wasnt successful because the police arrived and little boy went to open the door.
