More than half of 6 million refugee children in the world have no school to go to. Though often overlooked, the education deficit among the displaced has the capacity to hurt the aspirations of millions across the world. Refugees face the challenging task of tackling issues such as the absorption of different languages and cultural values in addition to their new curriculums. In this context, issues such as lifelong learning, digital tools and cultural and vocational skills gain critical focus. How efficient are current methods for refugee integration in their host countries and can these be scaled up and improved upon? The live webinar facilitated by WISE seeks to explore these questions and more.
