The "Exploring the IBM Personal Computer" tutorial disk for the original IBM PC includes an imitation word processor called FunWriter. It was intended to teach people who never used a computer before how to use the PC's keyboard, but it's more fun to watch it play music and type a story all by itself. Overall the tutorial has a good sense of humor, and makes effective use of "ASCII art" to simulate graphics on the text-only Monochrome Display Adapter. I'll show a little more of it in an upcoming video featuring this early "Revision A" IBM PC which was made in 1981 or early 1982.
