Catherine Davies of Anfield in Liverpool, was told she had cancer of the womb 12 weeks ago and is still coming to terms with giving birth to a still born baby earlier this year. She broke down in tears as she described the squalid conditions of her rented first floor property. Ms Davies claims it is damp with crumbling walls vermin, exposed wiring and bad smells.
