The rowhouses in the 3200 block of South Calumet are a Chicago Landmark, in part because they're the only rowhouses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The exterior of 3215 S Calumet Ave is nearly pristine Wright, and the interior has been completely made over in a still that respects its original layout and Wright's aesthetic. The 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath, 4,500 square foot home is "a lot of home for the money," according to listing agent Nadine Ferrata of Coldwell Banker. The home was recently listed for sale at $595,000.
