Today I want to share with you an insight I learned on a deeper level in the last few days. I learned that in a painting, every brush stroke should work fully to bring the painting together. This is similar to my video about getting the most details in the least amount of brush strokes, but this time it's not just a fun challenge - it's actually an important advice for PRACTICALLY improving your paintings. When you really devote your fullest attention to each and every brush stroke, making sure it is a necessary one, and that it fulfills its job completely, your results will be much MUCH better. The main reasons are that: (1) You will be more focused on each move you make (2) Your results will be cleaner, not overworked, spontaneous, bold and courageous. I slowly learn how courage, confidence and belief are key components in watercolor painting. I hope this insight resonates with you and helps you take one step forward with your skills. And I'll see you tomorrow (: - Liron *** MUSIC CREDITS *** Clear Sky by jimmysquare https://soundcloud.com/jimmysquare Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported— CC BY 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ Music provided by Audio Library https://youtu.be/Y8gsuWR4kXE
