It's that time again.Time to head into the unknown and find food for the family. With my coupons and grocery list in hand and coffee in my belly, I head into town to get some good deals to feed my family of 4 on $60 for the week. I ended up going over because I forgot a big ticket item that we were out of. Epic boo! Join me as I show you how I grocery plan and meal plan, then show you what I bought. 

Meal Plan:
Tex Mex Grilled Chicken Salad and Fire Bread
BBQ Chicken w/ homemade "rice-a-roni" and green beans (recipe to DIY Rice-a-Roni here: https://goo.gl/Pz4mUr) 
Frittata  
Grilled Chicken , chef's salad, and baked potatoes
Pancakes and scrambled eggs
Beans and Greens w/cornbread
Hobo Meal (foil packets filled with smoked turkey sausage, onions, potatoes, peppers, squash, a pat of butter and a little seasoning salt--cooked on a campfire)
