Chinese researchers analyze bones to understand ancient life

Researchers at a university in northwest China’s Shaanxi Province have been studying a large collection of human bones to learn about ancient Chinese life. The period of the remains stretches from the Neolithic Age to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty (1636-1912). The research team is planning more studies, such as learning about ancient Chinese people’s physical characteristics, diet and more.
