The two leaders met as a part of the G20 summit in the Argentinian capital Buenos Aries. The Prime Minister said that those responsible for Khashoggi's death should be held to account and Saudi Arabia should prevent any such incident recurring. Khashoggi was killed inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2 and the fallout has strained the crown prince's ties with the west and bruised his carefully constructed image.
