My first narrated video for my site Zach's Mild Adventures. A short hike off the Blue Ridge Parkway just south of Grandfather Mountain to Beacon Heights, an amazing series of cliffs at the southern terminus of the Tanawha Trail. From the cliffs you will have bird's eye views of Grandmother and Grandfather Mountain, plus distant views of the peaks of Linville Gorge. In the video I refer to a large rock face as Storyteller's Rock, I'm not sure that is correct because I've never viewed it from this far away. It could be Rough Ridge, but Rough Ridge could also be the rock face to the left of the tree at min 2:04. Hike link http://www.hikingupward.com/NCSP/BeaconHeights/
