Don’t be a phubber

Xiànzài yǒu yuè lái yuè duō de “dītóu zú”.
现在有越来越多的“低头族”。
Nowadays, there are more and more phubbers.

“Dītóu zú” zhǐ de shì yìxiē rén, tāmen wúlùn rènhé shíjiān, rènhé dìdiǎn dōu zài dītóu kàn diànzǐ píngmù.
“低头族”指的是一些人，他们无论任何时间，任何地点都在低头看电子屏幕。
Phubbers are some people. They look down at the electronic screen at any time and any place.

Suízhe hùliánwǎng de fā zhǎn, zuìjìn jǐ nián, shǒujī yǐjīng chéngwéi le rénmen shēnghuó zhōng fēicháng zhòngyào de yíbùfèn.
随着互联网的发展，最近几年，手机已经成为了人们生活中非常重要的一部分。
With the development of the Internet, the phone has already been a very important part of people’s life in recent years.

Hěnduō rén chūmén de shíhòu, kěyǐ wàngjì dài qiánbāo, dànshì bù kěyǐ wàngjì shǒujī.
很多人出门的时候，可以忘记带钱包，但是不可以忘记手机。
When many people go outside, they may forget to take wallet, but they can’t forget the phone.

Yǒu de rén zǒulù kàn shǒujī, yǒu de rén chīfàn kàn shǒujī, yǒu de rén qí zìxíngchē kàn shǒujī.
有的人走路看手机，有的人吃饭看手机，有的人骑自行车看手机。
Some people look down at the phone while walking. Some people look down at the phone while eating. Some people look down at the phone while riding bikes.

Gèng yánzhòng de shì, yǒu de rén kāichē kàn shǒujī.
更严重的是，有的人开车看手机。
The more serious case is that some people look down at the phone while driving cars.

Shàng zhōu de xīnwén bàodào, yì míng yīngguó sījī zài gāosù gōnglù shàng kāichē kàn shǒujī, yǐnqǐ chēhuò.
上周的新闻报道，一名英国司机在高速公路上开车看手机，引起车祸。
Last week news reported that an English driver looked down at the phone while driving on the highway. He caused a car accident.

Tā de xíngwéi dǎozhì le sì míng rényuán sǐwáng.
他的行为导致了4名人员死亡。
His behavior resulted in four people deaths.

Wèile nǐzìjǐ hé tārén de ānquán, qǐng búyào zuò “dītóu zú”.
为了你自己和他人的安全，请不要做“低头族”。
For the safety of yourself and others, please don’t be phubbers.

Cháng shíjiān kàn diànzǐ chǎnpǐn duì nǐ de jǐzhuī hé yǎnjīng yǒuhài.
长时间看电子产品对你的脊椎和眼睛有害。
Long time’s looking down at the electronic products is bad for your spines and eyes.

Hěnduō niánqīng rén huàn yǒu qīng wēi de huòzhě yánzhòng de jǐzhuī jíbìng.
很多年轻人患有轻微的或者严重的脊椎疾病。
Many young people suffer from mild or severe spine illness.

Yì míng zhōngguó wǔsuì nánhái, liánxù kàn iPad bā gè xiǎoshí, zuìhòu nánhái shìlì yánzhòng xiàjiàng.
一名中国5岁男孩，连续看iPad8个小时，最后男孩视力严重下降。
A Chinese five years old boy continuously looked down at iPad for eight hours. Finally the boy’s eyesight seriously declined.

Yǒu de fùmǔ jīngcháng kàn shǒujī, bù guānxīn háizi de chéngzhǎng.
有的父母经常看手机，不关心孩子的成长。
Some parents often look down at the phone and don’t care about their children’s growth.

Wèile nǐ hé háizi de jiànkāng, qǐng búyào zuò “dītóu zú”.
为了你和孩子的健康，请不要做“低头族”。
For you and your children’s health, please don’t be phubbers.  

Kēxué hé jìshù de fāzhǎn shì chuàngzào měihǎo de shēnghuó, ér búshì qù pòhuài tā.
科学和技术的发展是创造美好的生活，而不是去破坏它。
The science and technology’s development is to create good life instead of destroying it.
