MATERIALS and MANUFACTURE
COIL:

STAND:

The stand consists of two supports. To make the support (rack) need to bond the edge of one bar with the middle of the other end with screws, prior drilled them for the holes (drill bit 3 mm). Method 1: (easy)
On the piece of plastic (I used plastic card) to mark with a compass a circle of the required diameter and cut with scissors. Drill 3 holes. Insert and fix the bolts with super glue or nuts. The glue in this case proved to be not very good. Maybe I'm poorly treated surfaces or not enough time has passed.
Method 2: (reliability)
Crown wood drill out the wheel size you need. To process an emery paper. Attach the disc with holes and mark the places of drilling. You can just use a ruler. The holes should be equal to or slightly more than the diameter of the bolts. Paste them into place and tighten nuts. (For reliability, you can use glue, but not necessarily). By the way, the drill is better to switch to reverse mode rotation, otherwise nut may come loose and the wheel will scroll.
