My beloved Pioneer PL-250 has been having issues with channel imbalance and washing noises from the direct drive system so I decided to get another turntable. Here's an A/B comparison using the same album, same cart and stylus, and the same phonostage. A lot of people say the U Turn can't hold it's own against the juggernauts from the 70s/80s, but to my ears they sound almost the same. Maybe the U Turn is a touch more lively sounding, but they play consistently and track very well! Thank you for the continued support!
