The things you catch on the dashcam....16th March 2016...Southport Road, Bootle...Carra out for a little jog on home patch...lol
 I pulled over on Southport Rd to do a call and he ran past. I caught it out of the corner of my eye and thought to myself...'Hey, wait a min...was that Carra?'  I thought it looked like him, so made a note to check the dashcam when I got home....and lo and behold...ha,ha....weird.
