Sausage Rice Recipe 

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 c. white rice cooked
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 Smoked chicken sausages
1/2 red bell pepper,
sliced1 small white onion, 
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. tomato puree
2 tsp. pulao masala or garam masala powder
1/2  tsp turmeric powder
Chopped coriander for garnish..
