URF or Ultra Rapid Fire is a special League of Legends game mode. In URF or Ultra Rapid Fire, all champions will have the "Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing" buff in game. This buff gives champions: MANA & ENERGY COSTS Everything is free.
