U.S. voters in Israel and the Palestinian territories have been casting their ballots. The election has serious implications for Americans living in Israel and the territories because they must live day to day with foreign policy decisions made at the White House. VOA Jerusalem correspondent Luis Ramirez reports that Jewish Americans are being helped by non-partisan groups but Palestinian Americans in the occupied West Bank have a harder time.
