This is a walk out on a very empty Bogue Inlet Pier here at Emerald Isle, North Carolina. A few surfers taking advantage of the high surf. Pouring rain this is from a low just off shore watching for Hurricane Joaquin its path appears to be going off shore but will still be a huge impact in the upcoming days with rain and wind.
