This came from a commercial block video Michael Pannoni uploaded. And may I say it, it really made my day.

This is a promo for a local children's game show in Baltimore, Maryland (long before Wheel 2000, Secrets of the Cryptkeeper's Haunted House, etc.) called Kid's Baffle. It was as some would put it, "It's Academic for 7th graders."

This use to air on weekends on WJZ-TV 13. It pitted two teams of 7th grade children from two schools in Q & A game. They faced a spinning game board of categories (similar to Second Chance and the Future Press Your Luck) and the game could change hands in one spin.

When I watched the show, the host was Bob Callahan of Maryland Weekend & The Old Houseworks. Apparently the show had a prior host also named Bob as you can tell by this promo. This one's named Bob Sokoler.

The board and podiums were reused for Mark Richards' Place Your Bet show when he did it on People Are Talking here in Baltimore. This is the link to the proof: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOzsziRd6NQ

Now, here's the promo for this kids show.
