[00:00:01] This family has outgrown this house, and this is to your advantage. Awesome location 9 minutes to Danville, 8.8 miles. It's a straight, flat road. It's fantastic. It's a beautiful spring day here in Kentucky. And we'll show you this place. You're out in the country, yet you're in a subdivision here on a country road. So right there, you've got a full-fledged farm. See the silos and all. I've been here 40 minutes. I saw one truck go by with some hay. And then you've got a real farm across the street here, too and they do crops in and a lot of cattle this is cattle country out here. So you've got a lot of cattle in this area. But all the houses are need this opinion. That's really important. And this one's no different. But this one's got one seven acres because all the way in the back, way past that shed which comes with the property. Anyway, we just showed you, we get a lot of calls. People want a place in the country. They want to be close to town, though, but they want a place in the country so the kids can grow up like they grew up.

Oh, one more thing I wanted to point out. There's a Dollar General a mile and a half from here. You can ride your bicycle over. What's a dollar general has got everything. It's a micro Wal-Mart. You can live off everything in Dollar General and they're open Sunday eve until like 8:00 or 9:00 at night. So that's really cool to have, man. Half way. Convenience store, subway, all that stuff. Let's just go right on. You got all Pargo floor vaulted ceiling. Three bedroom, two bath. Twelve hundred square feet. The location is spectacular. 

[00:05:02] And you've got this big gate here so you can drive in. Got a small gate here for walking. But this big gate, you can bring car in here, a truck, lawn mowers, that sort of thing. And then you got one plus acres of good stuff. It's just all level. You know, it rises up a little bit. Couple of feet back here with that oak tree, which I had that at my house. More subdivision over there. The other side. So there's plenty kids for your kiddos to play with. If you need kids, there's a neighbor keeps his place immaculate. This place is immaculate. This goes all the way back there to that other pole. So you go from usually they'll put utility poles or a telephone or something like that on the property line. And that's exactly what it looks like. It's been done here and then. But you go back here, so it's like a double lock. And here's the place that the shed. All this stuff goes with the property, the place and shit. I don't think you're going to get the jetski from these people. You're real close to the lake here. You just go right on South 1:27 near Lake Cumberland. You can also hop over this side Road 300, which is absolutely beautiful. The ride from Houston, Bill, to Stanford is amazing. We do it sometimes just for recreation on Sunday Drive type of thing. Go to Stanford, get some ice cream, come back. There's a beautiful lake out there, 800-acre lake called Cedar Creek Lake. So you're close to that. Of course, Dan was only nine miles. Another few miles. And you're at Lake Herrington. There's plenty lake action. You got a little boat. You like to go fishing. You know, who knows who's going to want a property like this? Are you being you a family? Are you retiring? And your starters. Investors can make money on this. We can rent this house all day long for 75 or so. The payments right now with the low interest rates on this property. You're going to like five $550 a month.
