Best GH5 vlogging Auto-focus settings!

Are you tired of your GH5 constantly losing focus, during the most important parts of your video? me too. I spent few battery-fulls of tests, testing out each and every single option. and I think I found the perfect settings for vlogging on-the-go!
settings are as follows
1)set the dial to AFS/AFF
2)in the movie menu system change AFS to AFF. its at the 1st page, 4th setting labeled "AFS/AFF"
3)right under that setting, make sure continuous AF is ON
4)Under that setting, Custom AF setting(video) make sure speed is +3 and sensitivity is -1!
5) in the "C Wrench" menu system - the one that looks like a wrench and has the letter C next to it, go item 7 on page 1 and turn Quick AF to ON
6) on the same C wrench menu, page 2 item 1 make sure eye sensor AF is ON
