We've decided to make a conscious effort to improve our stress levels/mental health and the main thing we are going to look at is minimalising our house, as much as we can, to 'declutter our minds'.

I sometimes feel like we are suffocating in our house, with all the stuff, and it really affects other aspects of my life such as work etc. We are determined to improve the situation for our whole family!
