This video shows you how Track Orders on BLDSS. Order tracking allows you to check the progress of all your orders from submission to delivery, with all significant steps recorded by date and time. The new British Library Document Supply Service has taken over two years to develop and delivers a more efficient, higher quality document supply service. It completely replaces existing systems and introduces new services supporting remote document supply, while retaining the links with all Library services and systems that interacted with preceding document supply operations.
