Community plans to restore Cedar Hill park in Oak Ridge

Twenty years ago, residents in the Cedar Hill area of Oak Ridge came together to raise a playground for the community. Today, that playground is in need of a face lift. The hope is that the community will once again rise to the occasion and build the park together.
