From one of the dudes behind Old Oakland Belgian beer bar The Trappist, ØL (it's Danish for beer) is a just-opened industrial pub and bottled brew store two blocks from the Walnut Creek BART (huzzah!), with a Victorian-accented interior (turn-of-the-century light fixtures, refurb'd church pews, herringbone ceiling), 200-ish largely Belgian bottles in their middle-of-the-room suds shop, and 18 drinkables on tap (incl.
