On to the next country: THAILAND! And boy is the food AMAZING (and insanely cheap, like "$1 for a full Pad Thai Meal" cheap). We stay in Bangkok for two days, and quickly move to the north, Chiang Mai; where we heard was really cool, and its keeping up with the reputation. Chiang Mai is a wonderful, busy yet movable city, with night markets galore. There isn't really a specific area to roam, so it becomes a little too dispersed, but Full Circle is eating and loving our way through it.
