Bank South Pacific Life Gets License from Bank of PNG to Operate

Bank South Pacific has officially entered into the Life Insurance business in Papua New Guinea. Today, BSP Life Limited received its license from the Bank of PNG, to enable it to operate as a Licensed Life Insurance company. According to BSP Group CEO, Robin Fleming, the decision to venture into life insurance was in response to market demands for a healthier competition within the finance and insurance sector. As per this BPNG issued license, BSP Life Ltd will now offer Mortgage consumer credit insurance, Group Term Life Insurance and an endowment product to its customers.
