Today we do SEO Reporting for a cleaning business we're working with. Here's what we found.

Daniel,

Looks like we’re making great progress for month 1.

Here’s an update on what’s been fixed from initial roadmap:

Top 10 Changes
1. Change h1's and title's to be more specific with what keywords your targeting for liverpool (Worked on for main pages)
2. Work on Silo anchor text (Worked on for main pages)
3. Spend time looking at top ranking competitors and build (high quality / non spammy looking) links based off what they have. (Need to focus on for month 2)
4. Fix duplicate schema issues (Fixed)
5. Add CTA's to above fold on main pages (Fixed)
6. Start blogging 1-2x a week with social sharing (Need to focus on for next month)
7. Build out pages for different citys trying to rank in (Need to focus on for next month)
8. Add NAP in footer or side bars (Fixed in sidebars, need to fix for footer)
9. Continue to generate 2-3 reviews a day with Pleper (Talk to Daniel, need to respond to new reviews)
10. Streamline review process by building newsletter with content upgrade and contacting people on newsletter. (Need to work on for next month)

Of course there were other more specific changes we made from initial roadmap.

Here’s what we want to focus on for next month:

Get top 10 pages built out
Get social signals setup (Need social logins from Daniel)
Continue to generate reviews
Continue on page basics for main pages (titles, internal linking, etc.)
Get online and offline conversion tracking setup (Need to talk to Daniel about offline)
Get city landing pages built out
Competitive link building and NAPW optimization main local indexing platforms
Get content upgrades going
Look into Adwords optimizations (consider remarketing)
Consider building click funnels landing page for paid campaigns
