The Haryana government has to decide the action to be taken against its top government lawyer or Additional Advocate General Naveen Kaushik indicted last week by a Faridabad court for helping the key accused in the murder of 15-year-old Junaid Khan. The judge said despite being warned Mr Kaushik was seen suggesting questions that accused Naresh Kumar's lawyer should ask in the courtroom on Tuesday.
