This morning we're reporting on a property scandal involving the Free State Development Corporation.
Lease payments of more than 2-million rand, intended for student apartments, landed in the pockets of a businessman linked to the F-D-C's chairperson. News24 investigative journalist Pieter-Louis Myburgh says the businessman is close to outgoing Free State Premier, Ace Magashule.
