Junior Andrew Dong speaks about his findings and insights, as well as introducing a new framework concept: “Omniversion.” From his younger days in international to his high school years in Palo Alto, Dong extracts his thoughts on personality. Andrew Dong is the Junior Class Vice President and Site Council Representative at Gunn High School. Through his work, Andrew noticed the limitations of the widely accepted introvert-extrovert personality type system, and how stereotypes surrounding the system have affected individual and team-performance. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
