Some 15 years ago a friend (who was a doctor on a ship) gave me an old Compact Cassette with Henrik Brandt's The 12 Astrosigns. The quality was in quite poor condition. More than 10 years ago I've sampled the tape into my computer and worked on the recovery and noise removal. The remaining samples have been on my hd drives for 10 years and I didn't know what to do with them until yesterday when I decided to make it a remix. There is very little known about the classical composer Henrik Brandt. Probably he's danish. No biographies or anything particular. Google gives few hundred results but nothing special. There are few sheet music selling websites that offer his compositions often as Hans Henrik Brandt. So I even don't know who was the real recorder performer, maybe it was Henrik Brandt himself or someone else. The cassette was made in the mid 80's. Friend has got it somewhere in UK while he visited his friends there. The audio quality was quite poor and it took me about 6 months back in 2002 to do a noise recovery of the flute recordings. This is a real rarity.
